The Bau-bike, Danish Design. 

What a beautiful bike if I may say. It’s been inspired by bauhaus design, if we hadn’t guessed from the title and uses square and equilateral triangles as its basis of form and follow the proportions of the golden section. 

Does that make it a better bike? I’m not sure, but certainly the feature of being able to ad an extra saddle to the back does. The pannier feature is important, as well.

I see a bike as a functional form of transport, first and foremost, and the more places it has got to carry things the better.
