I saw two of these at a Jewish culture festival in Warsaw yesterday. They had KLM (the airline) logos on them, but didn’t look like adverts, more like some KLM bike-hire scheme type of thing. Can’t find anything on the KLM website though. And it was too crowded to catch the people and ask them.
