I think more the tower of babel by bicycle.  

As much as I love reusing found items I cant help but feel that it would have been more wonderful to see them cruising the streets, but perhaps not as striking.  

I do love rubbish and if that is what they are then fair enough. But if not, then perhaps they are patenting a new stacking system that will get more frames into shipping containers to get sent over to Africa.
